Yes – a consumer resident in the European Union has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the part. A return is only possible if the product is in an unchanged condition, with no signs of installation or damage, preferably in its original packaging. Return costs are always covered by the customer; for international returns, any customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Payment methods are agreed individually in the Offer – usually a bank transfer or prepayment. For hydraulic and industrial parts brought in to order, we may require a deposit.
