The Goods Return Protocol is a document that structures the return process and protects both parties. It records the sale details, the returned items, the legal basis of the return, a checklist of the condition of the goods on receipt, and the settlement of the amount to be refunded.

How a return works
- Send your notification to info@przem24.pl, stating the invoice or order number and the reason for the return.

- Fill in the Buyer's part of the protocol and enclose it with the shipment.
- Send the goods back to our warehouse: ul. Parkowa 17B, 63-100 Błociszewo, Poland.
- After we verify the condition of the goods, we complete the protocol, send it to you and process the refund.
Please remember
- The goods should be clean, drained of oil, complete and secured for transport.
- We recommend photographing the goods and the packaging before dispatch.
- The Buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
- For hydraulic pumps and motors, Annex 1 to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale additionally applies.
