Returns & complaints

Consumers (individual customers) resident in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 days of receiving them, without giving any reason. This right applies only to EU consumers and does not apply to businesses or to customers outside the EU. To make a return, please send a statement by e-mail to info@przem24.pl.

After reporting the return, the goods must be sent back to the indicated address within 14 days. The cost of return shipping is always covered by the customer. For international returns, any customs duties and taxes are non-refundable and are borne by the customer.

The refund is processed within up to 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement. The store may withhold the refund until the goods are received or proof of their return is provided.

Complaints can be submitted by e-mail to info@przem24.pl. In the report, please describe the problem and, if possible, attach photos or other materials confirming the defect.

All contracts and any related disputes are governed by Polish law. This does not deprive EU consumers of the mandatory protections granted to them under the law of their country of residence.
